Dragon Ball Z: World's Strongest (Japanese: ??????? Z ???????? , Hepburn: Doragon B? ru Zetto: Kono Yo de Ichiban Tsuyoi Yatsu ) , also known as Toei's own < The Strongest Guy in the World , is Japan's 1990 animated science fiction action film and second feature film in the Dragon Ball Z franchise. It was originally released in Japan on March 10th between episodes 39 and 40 of DBZ , at the movie festival "Toei Manga Matsuri" along with the second movie Akuma-kun ( Welcome To Devil Land ) and the 1990 film version of Sally the Witch . The album was released on VHS and DVD in North America on May 26, 1998, with English rank, produced by Pioneer Home Entertainment in conjunction with Funimation. The pioneer charter uses the original Ocean Productions voice of the TV series. The film was later re-dubbed by Funimation voices in-house and released again to DVD on November 14, 2006, in a set of boxes titled "First Strike," which included the Dead Zone and The Tree of Might . It was then remastered and released in a set of Double Features with Dead Zone on Blu-ray and DVD on May 27, 2008. The film was released to DVD again on November 1, 2011, in a remastered set box containing five films Dragon Ball Z first.

Outside the US, there are two other English songs from the film: one in Malaysia and one by AB Groupe in France. Malaysian English phrases are released to VCDs in Malaysia, while AB Groupe's English name is broadcast on TV in the Netherlands, the UK, and Ireland, as well as viewing home releases to VHS and DVDs in some of the previously mentioned countries. The two dubs use Toei's official English title rather than the Funimation title, and until recently, the group's anal voices AB was unknown, but it was later determined that they used voice actors involved in French TV shows such as Lyoko Code , while the cast of Malaysian players is unknown. The Toonami version is released in the Dragon Ball Z: Rock the Dragon Edition box set on August 13, 2013.

New characters

Dr. Wheelo

Dr. Willow ( Dr. ???? , Doc? Uir? , known as < b> Dr. Wheelo in Funimation English) is a brilliant scientist who conducts experiments in biotechnology. She is the main antagonist of The World's Strongest movie. His name is a pun of "Uiro", a kind of Japanese cake. Dr. Wheelo is to change the human race using his knowledge. He almost died before he could achieve his goal, but Dr. Kochin, his faithful servant, saved his brain and turned him into a cyborg. Unfortunately for them, their castle is trapped under the ice with Wheelo inside.

Dr. Kochin came to his creator for the second time fifty years later when he collected the Dragon Ball and hoped Shenron melted the ice-filled castle. Free from frozen sleep, Dr. Wheelo becomes obsessed with finding the strongest man in the world so his own brain may be transplanted into it. He sent Kochin and Bio-Men to find this man, and at first they thought it was Master Roshi, but when Kishime, Misokatsun and Ebifurya (Bio-Warrior) easily defeated Roshi, Dr. Wheelo begins to doubt they have the right people. He then goes after Goku's body. When Dr. Wheelo to subdue Goku met with failure (like using a special device to make Piccolo against Goku and Gohan), an angry scientist decides to kill him and all his friends. When it failed, too. Wheelo decided to concentrate only the energy contained in the core power of his laboratory to fire giant waves and destroy the whole world. Goku is able to form a Spirit Bomb and use it to defeat Dr. Wheelo and destroy the robot scientist for good. Dr. Wheelo also appeared on the Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn poster, but he was not featured in the movie.
