De'Longhi S.p.A is a small Italian tool manufacturer based in Treviso, Italy.

The company was founded by the De 'Longhi family in 1902 as a manufacturing workshop of small industrial parts. The company was founded in 1950. Historically a major manufacturer of portable and air-conditioning heaters, the company has expanded to include almost every category of small household appliances in food and cooking preparations, as well as household cleaning and ironing, segments. De'Longhi is well known for its Artista Series espresso machines, De'Longhi gelato maker and portable air conditioner Pinguino.
De'Longhi is known for its product design. The line of kitchen equipment Esclusivo won the Red Dot design award in 2007. Home Furnishing News De'Longhi Design Director Giocomo Borin was recognized as one of the 50 most influential designers in the world in 2006.
De'Longhi 2000 acquisition of Climaveneta SpA and DLRadiators allows De'Longhi to enter the commercial HVACR (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) market.
De'Longhi worth  £ 45.9 million (about $ 66.7 million) 2001 acquisition of British tool maker Kenwood gave De'Longhi access to Kenwood plant in China. As a result, many De'Longhi products are now imported from China, while design and engineering are mostly fixed in Italy.
The acquisition of a majority stake in RC Group, a leading player in information technology cooling, in 2006 has strengthened De'Longhi's presence in the HVACR market.
Overall, De'Longhi operates 13 production facilities and 30 international subsidiaries that support sales to 75 countries around the world. International sales accounts for nearly 75 percent of the group's total revenue, which surpassed EUR1.63 billion in 2010.
On 2 January 2012 the DeLclima group was founded as a demerger from De'Longhi.
On April 16th, 2012, De'Longhi bought the immortal right to manufacture Braun branded products from Procter & amp; Gambling in small appliance segments. Procter & amp; Gamble will continue to have Braun brand. EUR50 million has been paid immediately and EUR90 million will be paid over the next 15 years.
The shares of the company are traded on the Milan stock exchange.
In October 2017, the Asma and Allergy Foundation of America and Allergy Standard Limited announced that five De'Longhi dehumidifiers have earned Certified Asthma and Allergies Certified. These are the first dehumidifiers to receive program marks.
