Divinity II is a role-playing action game developed by Larian Studios. His first release in 2009 was the subtitle Ego Draconis , and was published by dtp entertainment and in the United States by cdv Software Entertainment. The updated 2011 update of The Dragon Knight Saga includes the expansion of Flames of Vengeance , as well as the 2012 final release as < i> Divinity II: Developer Cut , published by Focus Home Interactive.

Gameplay

Plot

After fighting along Damian's evil accomplices like the astrologer who overtook the Tower of Battle and the mage Bellegar, the hero discovered that he was deceived to live Ygerna himself. He is rewarded for his efforts by imprisonment in the crystal and sent to different dimensions.

In the expansion, Dragon Knight awakens in a crystal prison on a Hypnoteromachia plane, where Lucien, the God, Messiah figure to Rivellon, is also imprisoned. A ghost named Behrilin comes and offers to free the Divine if the Dragon Knight will help free him from his earthly prison. Ghosts carry him to the last city in Rivellon after Damian's campaign, only standing still because of the magic shield created by the powerful magician Zandalor. He begged the players to help destroy the invading forces and shore up the city's defenses before the shield was broken.

Development

The development of Divinity II began around 2006, after Larian Studios earned enough money to begin the development of the sequel Divinity seriously.
